Śatapatha Brāhmaṇa (Kāṇva)
Śatapatha Brāhmaṇa is a Brāhmaṇa of Śukla Yajurveda. Śatapatha means “having 100 Pathas”. Yajñavalkya is considered to be the author. Both Madhyāndina Śākhā and Kānva Śākhā contain this Śatapatha Brāhmaṇa. It has 14 Khaṇḍās in 100 Adhyāyas and 68 Prapāṭhakas. Rituals such as Agnirahasya and Aṣṭadhyāyi are described in this Brāhmaṇa.
Its Kānva recension consists of 17 Khaṇḍas, 104 Adhyāyas, 435 Brāhmaṇas and nearly 6800 Khandikas.
