Mantras 

Mantras are the primordial rhythms of creation.Mantras are the  melodic phrases with spiritual interpretations where human beings search for the truth, action, reality, light, immortality, love, peace and knowledge.

Mantra Meditation

You may chant the mantras with full devotion and dedication. 

Nyāsaḥ of oṃ namaḥ śivāya: 

Vāmadeva ṛṣiḥ | panktiś chandaḥ | sadāśivarudro devatā ǁ

oṃ namaḥ śivāya. Chant the mantra 108 times and thereafter meditate for a few seconds. The purpose of chanting the above mantra is for purification at the mental level. 

Nyāsaḥ of oṃ namo nārāyaṇāya: 

Sādhya nārāyaṇa ṛṣiḥ | devī gāyatrī chandaḥ | paramātmā devatā ǁ

Chant the mantra oṃ namo nārāyaṇāya 108 times and thereafter meditate for a few seconds. This is done for receiving the Divine Grace.

Nyāsaḥ of oṃ bhadraṃ no api vātaya manaḥ: 

Vimata ṛṣiḥ | virāṭ chandaḥ | agnir devatā ǁ

Chant the mantra oṃ bhadraṃ no api vātaya manaḥ 36 times and thereafter meditate, feeling clarity, pleasantness and peace of mind.
